Challenge yourself with swimming, cycling and running all in one race. With a variety of different distances to choose from there is a race to suit everyone from a complete beginner to an experienced athlete. The event takes place in the ExCeL Centre in Newham, London – one of the boroughs which Greenhouse supports.
So run, cycle and swim for young people living in the disadvantages communities of London.
Super Sprint Distance -400m swim/ 10k bike/ 2.5k run
Sprint Distance -750m swim/ 20k bike/ 5k run
Olympic Distance -1500m swim/ 40k bike/ 10k run
Team relay -2 or 3 people split the disciplines between them
