Dance
Dance encourages young people to explore and communicate ideas about themselves with the world around them. It combines the demand and discipline of sport, with the added dimensions of creative self-expression and performance.
Teenage girls and boys are drawn to the wide range of styles on offer from our motivational dance coaches including ballet, jazz, contemporary, latin, Afro-Caribbean, lindyhop, fusion, break and street dance.

We provide opportunities for young people to:
- Perform and compete nationally and internationally on world-class stages including the Royal Albert Hall, Sadler's Wells and the Royal Opera House
- Attend professional performances, take part in backstage tours, Q&A sessions with industry professionals
- Develop leadership through the nationally-recognised Dance Leaders Awards
- Develop talent through the elite dance troupe every Sunday
- Make an easy transition from school to community activity through our community clubs
