Our coaches
Greenhouse coaches possess a high level of expertise, many having won medals and awards and performed internationally. They share their professional experience with the community, delivering structured, organised and effective programmes to help young people realise their potential.
A Greenhouse coach encourages and engages young people at risk during critical years of their lives. The coach is an influential and positive role model, closely involved in the personal and academic development. They liaise with parents, school staff members and professionals from other agencies to address individual needs.
