We ask all participants to meet our minimum fundraising amount because each place is paid for by the charity. Therefore if you do not hit the minimum amount the charity will lose out financially. Please remember if you are undertaking a fundraising challenge, it is your responsibility to ensure you have done everything you can to hit target. We will give you as much support as you require. just keep us updated.
Depending on your challenge you will need to try train at different levels. It is important you do some form of training to minimise the risk of injuring yourself.How much support will I get?
You will receive one on one support from the event team. We are here to help you succeed, you just need to let us know the level of support you require. As a standard all participants will receive a fundraising pack and Greenhouse T shirt.When do all my event details arrive?
You will receive final instructions from the organisers 3-4 weeks before the event. If you have not received anything from them a week before the event, please let us know so we can follow up with them on your behalf.What happens if I need to pull out?
Normally you can roll your place over into following year, however each event is different. Therefore we ask you to notify us and the organisers know and we will go through the options with you.
If you have created an online page all funds will be transferred automatically. If you have offline funds you should bank to the money, then write us a cheque and send it to Elizabeth Phu, Greenhouse, Unit 2D Woodstock Studios, 36 Woodstock Grove, London, W12 8LE.
